A Smile is a sunnah, thus spreading happiness. It is an ibadah , a dawah and prevents unhappiness in ones ownself too:)
Try standing in front of the mirror and smile, even if you are feeling down, you cannot continue to feel bad with a smile on your face.
It works both ways, for me and for those who see my smile:)

Smiling is a Sunnah………….thus when you and I smile with the intent that it is to please Allah and that Prophet Muhammad smiled often and encouraged others to smile too, then your act of smiling and my act of smiling is not only a random act of kindness but becomes an ibadah:)
